Last week Cam released the music video for her latest single “Diane.” The video definitely captures the emotion of the song: a man was cheating on his wife, she didn’t know he was married, and she tells the wife and apologizes. It’s a great visual, from the opposite perspective of “Jolene” by Dolly Parton. “It’s the apology so many spouses deserve, but never get,” Cam said via Rolling Stone.
A YouTube user made the best comment ever: “Part 1: Jolene. Part 2: Diane. Part 3: Two Black Cadillacs (Carrie Underwood) 😜.”
Is there anyway we could get the three of them together? It would be epic.
