Twelve year old Tegan Marie joins Craig Campbell for his weekly edition of Women Cover Wednesday to bring to you the cutest duet you’ve seen in a while. Campbell states he has never sang a cover song while the artist was sitting next to him, but he asks Marie to join in and she confidently smiles and agrees. In a recent interview, Marie told The Shotgun Seat that “”Lucky Me” is about me being so lucky getting to do what I love every single day which is singing and then sharing the luck with other people. Anybody can be lucky you just have to have the right attitude.”
Marie’s strong vocal with Campbell’s signature sound, this installment of Women Cover Wednesday is one of his best yet.
