Lady Antebellum Heightens Romance in “I Did With You” Video

Lady Antebellum released their video for “I Did With You” today, a fittingly epic and romantic tune featured on the soundtrack of the upcoming film The Best of Me. The film, in theaters October 17 starring Michelle Monaghan and James Marsden, follows two high school sweethearts reunited after years apart in their hometown.

In quintessential Nicholas Sparks fashion, the romance promises to be emotionally gripping, and Lady A’s “I Did With You” is equally so, capturing the seeming invincibility of young love. The hook, “I never knew another love timeless and true, oh but I did, yeah I did with you,” is instrumentally dynamic and bold, and the video captures the sentiment in a way that both distinguishes from and gets us excited for the movie.

You can grab the song here, pre-order Lady Antebellum’s new album, 747, which comes out on September 30, here, and the soundtrack for The Best of Me, which features another Lady A song, “Falling For You,” as well as songs by Hunter Hayes, Kacey Musgraves, and Thompson Square here.
