The multi-talented Laura Bell Bundy is gearing up for the worldwide release her second studio album, “Another Piece of Me,” on June 9 via Big Machine Records. As an artist successful across a myriad of entertainment platforms, it’s no surprise that Laura Bell co-wrote or co-produced a majority the 15-track album. With this record, she vulnerably invites listeners to experience all of the emotions and attributes that make her who she is.
“This album is called ‘Another Piece of Me’ because each song represents a different piece or aspect of who I am. While there are songs that are jaunty, danceable, sassy or silly, there are also songs that go into personal experiences, break-ups, childhood sadness, commitment-phobia and spirituality,” she says. “My only hope is that it connects with the many aspects of those who listen to it, and they feel like they’ve gone on a satisfying journey by the end of the last song.”
The album will include the fan-favorite song “Two Step,” as well as her next single off of the album, “I Am What I Am,” which is set to release May 26. Laura Bell has been revealing the rest of the track list, behind-the-scenes photos, and videos throughout the week on social media. The album will be available for pre-order on iTunes May 26.
