Need some sunshine? Spring training is underway, and baseball season will soon be upon us. We took a look at players’ walk-up music and put together a playlist so you can gear up like the pros.

Take a listen here: MLB Walk-Up Songs

In case you’re curious, Brantley Gilbert and Jason Aldean were favorites, with songs like Gilbert’s “Hell on Wheels” getting a lot of love. Pennsylvania didn’t seem particularly fond of the genre – no members of the Philadelphia Phillies or Pittsburgh Pirates currently walk up to country – but the St. Louis Cardinals repped heavily, with six players preferring country songs. Some players seem particularly fond; new Red Sox acquisition Wade Miley has two favorites, John Denver’s “Thank God I’m A Country Boy” and The Cadillac Three’s “The South.”

–edit– As of June, the country competition is on – seven Washington Nationals walk up to country songs, including Zac Brown’s recent #1 “Homegrown,” Blake Shelton’s “Neon Light,” and Eric Church’s “Country Music Jesus” and “Cold One.”
