Artist: Shane Lee

Track: “My Kinda Mistake”

Album: Joyride – EP

Shane Lee is an artist to watch. His new EP, which hits iTunes August 15th, features bold guitars and fun lyrics, and puts him right at home with artists like Chase Rice and Thomas Rhett. The rocker from northern Georgia has impressed us in the past with how strong his releases are – you won’t find yourself skipping over tracks – and Joyride is no different.

You can pre-order the EP on iTunes starting Thursday (July 17), but in the meantime check out the up-tempo “My Kinda Mistake,” which Shane co-wrote with Rick Beato (Parmalee’s “Carolina”) here:

The EP is produced by Beato and features co-writes from The Warren Brothers, who wrote “Highway Don’t Care,” as well as Randy Montana and Monty Criswell (George Strait’s “I Saw God Today,” and Eric Church’s “Like Jesus Does”).

We were lucky to be able to catch Shane at 12th & Porter in Nashville this week, and absolutely loved his energy. Shane is not only a great artist, he’s a fun guy, and has the drive and savvy that will make Joyride and future releases a big success.

Catch up with Shane on his official website, Twitter, and Facebook.
