Lyric video alert! Kelsea Ballerini released today the lyric video for her second single, “Dibs,” which officially goes to radio July 20. The song, which Ballerini wrote with Josh Kerr (also a co-writer on “Love Me Like You Mean It”), Ryan Griffin, and Jason Duke, is simple and catchy, woven with a bit of swagger.
The release is the second for Ballerini, who recently topped the charts with “Love Me Like You Mean It,” the first solo female debut to hit #1 since Carrie Underwood’s “Jesus Take The Wheel.” Ballerini released her debut album The First Time earlier this year.
