Following an official announcement earlier this week, Red Bow Records’ Chase Bryant kicks off his first headlining club tour tonight in Wilmington, NC. Bryant will play 15 shows in the next few months around the U.S. before opening for Tim McGraw’s Shotgun Rider Tour this summer. Joining Bryant on tour is Special Guest DJ Hish, an artist known for his wide variety of mixing styles and ability to get crowds on their feet.
The ‘Take It On Back’ Tour stems from the success of Bryant’s self-titled EP, released in September 2014. His debut single and tour’s namesake “Take It On Back” became the #3 most added Country song in the U.S., and currently sits at No. 11 on the Country Airplay chart.
The Country newcomer’s profile has quickly risen over the last year, as his genuine personality and songwriting prowess has captured the hearts of both industry and country music fans. Recently named one of MusicRow Magazine’s “Next Big Thing” stars, we’re keeping our eyes on Bryant in 2015, and highly anticipating the release of his debut album. As he consistently displays a humble confidence, a character trait rare for any 22-year-old (much less, an artist rising to the top), we have a feeling we’re not the only ones rooting for this guy.
