Cole Swindell is partnering with the United Services Organization surrounding his upcoming album, You Should Be Here, to be released May 6. Now through the end of May, fans can visit Swindell’s website to gift a copy of the album to an active duty service member, a dollar of which will also be donated to the organization.
“There’s some things like that that are way more important than what I do,” Swindell shared at Dierks Bentley’s Miles and Music charity event last year.
Swindell has partnered previously to benefit veterans, including a recent partnership with JC Penney, which involved providing a mortgage free home to an injured veteran along with a performance from Swindell. His current single, “You Should Be Here,” honors that feeling of loss, disconnect, or distance, and is easily relatable for those with a loved one overseas.
