Demos of Hits: Jason Aldean’s “Good To Go”

jason aldean debut album

As we’ve stated time and again, we can’t help but find demos of songs irrefutably cool. A song’s demo lets you into the writers’ room, sharing how the people who came up with the song first envisioned its performance. Last week we found a demo of Jason Aldean’s song “Do You Wish It Was Me” – this week we’ve got “Good To Go,” written by Rodney Clawson and Tim Nichols and recorded on Aldean’s self-titled debut in 2005. Take a listen to the demo and the record, both of which impress.
