Song of the Day: “The Sound of a Million Dreams” by David Nail
This David Nail song is absolutely unfair in its beauty. The track, written by Scooter Carusoe (a frequent Nail co-writer) and Phil Vassar and produced by Chuck Ainlay and Frank Liddell, is absolutely stunning, a simple piano composition accompanying Nail’s strong vocals.
As a writer, Carusoe is known for his simplicity, and “The Sound of a Million Dreams” lives up to that high standard. Nail’s vocals are strong and emotive, delivering one of Nail’s best performances to date.
