“Why put out a fire when it’s still burning?” Chris Young queries on his excellent new song, “I’m Coming Over.” We’ve already expressed our love for the track, and we’re excited about the video, which he released today via CMT.
While not a particularly surprising treatment (hint: he’s coming over), the video looks good and has some really excellent moments, like Young sitting in his car deciding whether to go over, as she texts him a picture and he weighs desire and doubt. We’ve all been there – ‘should-I’s racing through our minds – and Young’s performance in the video is as flawless as his vocals on the track.
