The first headliner for the hottest beach country music festival was announced early this morning and it is none other than Kenny Chesney. Coming off his four month “Spread the Love Tour,” Chesney, the ultimate beach goer, will draw fans from all over the country for the festival taking place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida the weekend of April 7th-9th.
